A well-established consultancy specialising in enterprise performance management is expanding its team in Belgium and is looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant. The firm delivers high-quality planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions across Europe and offers a strong development pathway for consultants early in their careers.

Role Overview

You will work closely with clients to implement and enhance Oracle EPM applications, helping them improve their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role blends functional finance understanding with hands-on system configuration, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in Oracle EPM within a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver Oracle EPM solutions aligned to client requirements
• Gather and interpret finance and operational needs, turning them into effective system designs
• Participate in workshops, testing cycles, and user training
• Collaborate with teams across Europe on multi-country project engagements
• Provide post-go-live support and contribute to solution enhancements and best practices

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Oracle EPM (e.g., FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS) or another enterprise planning tool
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes
• Experience in consulting or working in an internal finance systems role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Belgium-based with office attendance 2–3 days per week)
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in international project teams
